Why order from theblackbox?
theblackbox is experienced in such preorders, and is a trustworthy shop. We have been around since Feb 07 and have not had a single complaint. In online shopping, trust is the most important thing because when you order you dont meet the seller at all. However, we will still give the best possible service to all customers. We will be responsible by posting up regular updates on the preorder status and sending correct orders to supplier. Also, we will NOT run away with any money. You can be assured 100% of this.
Furthermore we do not do a capping method. We set a specific deadline. Even if the supplier's requirements(min order) is not met, i'll still order and bring in extra stocks. The capping method however means that you have to wait forever without knowing when your clothes will arrive!
We even provide after service! If your item does not suit you, we will help you to sell the item again as our instocks :) FOC
Terms and Conditions:
1. All prices are inclusive of shipping. No extra charges or 2nd payment. Only 1 payment.
2. All prices are not inclusive of local delivery. Local delivery charges will be $1.50 per dress/hoodie/bottom and $1 per top
3. No cancelling of orders allowed after deadline and payment. You may change, not cancel your order, before payment or deadline.
4. I am not liable for any defects in item (same for sprees) because that is the supplier's fault. (IF after collection, you want to sell off the item because it does not suit you, i'll do it for you FOC b/c i believe this is part of good service)
5. Payment must be made before deadline to confirm order.
6. Items will arrive within 2 weeks of deadline.
7. Payment methods: only bank transfer.
8. Payments must be made within 5 days of confirmation of order.
9. Collection methods: normal postage/registered postage/self collection from my house
10. Exchanges/Refunds/Returns will be done case-by-case basis.
11. I reserve the right to cancel this preorder. In the case of cancellations whereby the buyer does not the receive any goods, they will recieve a full refund.
12. Please check back the website after the deadline for updates. Emails or SMSes will be sent to customers upon arrival of items.
13. In the case of Out Of Stocks, full refunds will be made as well.
