BLACKLISTED

Basically im only going to blacklist those who try to cheat me, or who go MIA for preorder items without paying or those who have also been blacklisted by other shops. For these cases i do not hesitate to put down their handphone numbers because i want to warn other sellers of these deadbuyers. Email addresses can be changed easily.

I know some buyers may be put off by this, but personally i feel that if you do not plan to be a deadbuyer or try to cheat me, there is seriously nothing to worry. =) The cases below are either more serious, or have been given many chances to respond etc. There are many cases that other shops would have blacklisted, but we did not.

1. Kim

What happened: Ordered two items through preorder but due to some delays and stuff, i decided to trust her and let her pay on collection. she even assured me she would not back out etc. So we decided to meet on 22nd March, but i couldnt contact her both the day before and on the day itself. Tried calling her repeatedly but no one picked up. Soon after she replied one message and we agreed to meet on the next weekend but once again when it neared the date, i could not contact her again. HEAVILY BLACKLISTED. WATCH OUT FOR THIS BUYER, SELLERS.Blacklisted by other shops too. She even tried to ask me to do her favour by paying $40 worth of stuff to another shop and she will pay me back later when she collects her items. Luckily i was not stupid enough to do that transfer. BEWARE.

3. Audrey

What happened: MIA after items arrive. Payment also not made. Blacklisted by many other shops too. Has multiple blogshop websites and email addresses.

4. Serene

What happened: Made an order on 28th Feb. Payment was supposed to be in by 8th March. Email and sms reminders were sent repeatedly to her on 7th & 8th March, but she did not respond. Finally after a few messages on 8th March, she replied "Oh sorry i don't intend to buy already". Therefore she is blacklisted on the basis of the following:
A. She had ample time to inform my of cancellation of order but she did not do so.
B. Email & sms reminders were sent to her repeatedly but she did not bother to reply.
C. She only bothered to reply after 3 messages on the same, and it was very irresponsible.

5. Nur Farhana

What happened: She originally made an order under Clothes Preorder #14, but claimed that she was in Australia and could not make the payment within the deadline. She promised to make payment by Tuesday which was about 2 days after the deadline, and i agreed to make an exception for her.
However up till Sunday, there was no news, update or payment from her. I emailed her, but this is what she said "I would like to cancel my order". Items have already arrived, but she refused to make pyment.

HEAVILY BLACKLISTED.

6. Wu Wen Hui

What happened: She keeps sending in orders for preorders, but NEVER makes payment for her orders. Neither does she respond to my numerous reminders & smses for payment.

7. Valarie Teo / Valerie Teo

What happened: She placed an order under the preorder 7 days before the deadline. 7 days should be enough for anyone to make payment for 1 item. When the deadline approached, I sent her reminders and asked her to make payment before the deadline. On the last day, she told me she could only transfer the next day after 5pm because she had to work. So i agreed to extend the preorder deadline by 1 day. The next day, i received no sms or update from her at all. Only when i messaged her at 10pm to ask her if she had paid did she reply "yes". But apparently after a number of sms-es, she finally replied and we found out that she has transferred to the wrong account. However i personally find the whole situation dubious and fishy. Firstly, most people would sms me once they have made payment so that I can check and revert my confirmation of receipt. However in this case, i received no news from her. Secondly, after we found out that she transferred to the wrong account, she asked for 3 more days to make the 2nd transfer. It does not make sense to require 3 full days to make 1 transfer, especially since it's her mistake. Lastly, she has been blacklisted by another shop for taking a very long time to transfer money etc. To other owners, please be wary of her. If you want to confirm her address, do a google search on her as the other owner who blacklisted her has put her address down.

What happened: Placed an order under Clothes Preorder #23 which was subsequently trasnferred to Clothes Preorder #24 due to non-payment. Even though i repeatedly sent her reminders via email and sms to make payment, she just ignored all my reminders and has since gone MIA.
