To all buyers:

We will like to clarify with all our buyers, that orders which have been sent in cannot be cancelled. We do not tolerate irresponsible buyers who are not genuinely serious in making a purchase; they send in an order and then simply go MIA.

We will like to emphasize that you should send in your order only if you are intending to followup with payment. Once we have received your order and replied you with an invoice, the order is deemed confirmed and non-cancellable.

We will also like to highlight, especially to our regular buyers who are accustomed to our old set of term and conditions. Term and condition no. 5. originally states that unpaid orders will not be accepted. Some buyers misunderstood that as long as they do not pay up for their order it means that they can still just send in their orders and decide later if they would like to make payment. Hence to prevent such misunderstandings from arising in the future, we will be taking out this term and make it simple - no cancellation of orders allowed.

We will make exceptions only for valid reasons. The validity of the reasons will be determined by us; we will however still be fair and explain to you our rationale for accepting/rejecting a reason.
