Special Holidays- Will my order arrive in time?
Christmas - Maybe (Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this as we will be overseas from 15th-25th December. Therefore, we need to pass you your items by 14th Dec if you need it for Xmas. We will not be able to guarantee if the shipment can arrive by then. However if you really like a particular item and want it for Christmas, please contact us by email and we'll see what we can do. )
New Year- Yes! (Pls indicate in your order form as you will have to opt for meetups.)
Chinese New Year - Yes!
Deadlines & Ordering
Copy the order form here and email your orders to theblackboxshoppe@hotmail.com . We reply all emails within 24 hours so please check your junk mail or let us know if you have not received our reply or invoice after 24 hours.

Expected arrival of items: I will try to distribute before 15th December as we will be away from 15th-25th December. If not, items will distributed immediately after I return. If you need your items for New Year (31st Dec-1st Jan 2011),please indicate in your order. We will do a meetup for you.

Terms & Conditions (Please read!)
1 Payment must be made before we will order your item. Once you send in your order form, you are under an obligation to follow up with payment.
2. No cancellation of orders allowed after you have sent in your order and we have replied with the invoice. For a further explanation on our payment policies, please refer to this page. The contents of this page form part of our terms and conditions.
3. All prices are not inclusive of local delivery. As a guide, delivery charges are as follows: $1.50 per dress/hoodie/bottom/long top/long skirt and $1 per light top/legging/short skirt. For a more accurate estimation, please email us. Registered mail will cost an extra $2.24.
4. If there are defects in the item, i will do my best to get a refund from the supplier. In the situation that a refund cannot be obtained from the factory, partial/full refund from my side may be made on a case-by-case basis.
5. Items will usually arrive within 1.5 weeks(usually 1 week exclusive of local delivery time) of deadline.
6. Payment methods: only bank transfer to posb savings 209 21207 2.
7. Collection methods: normal postage/registered postage/self collection from my house in pasir ris. Meetups will be held at Pasir Ris MRT at no extra charge. We may do meetups at central areas, but this is not guaranteed.
8. Exchanges/Refunds/Returns will be done case-by-case basis.
9. I reserve the right to cancel this preorder. In the case of cancellations, customers will receive a full refund.
10. Please check back the website after the deadline for updates. Emails or SMSes will only be sent to customers upon arrival of items.
11. In the case of Out Of Stocks, full refunds will be made as well .
12. Discount codes can be used for this preorder.
